COLUMN MOUNT Unitite Valve
This model is used in remote control installations where it is desirable to provide support in addition to that given by the piping.
STANDARD MOUNT Unitite Valve
This Unitite Valve model is used in installations where the valve is mounted on the cylinder or where it can be amply supported by the piping..
MANIFOLD MOUNT Unitite Valve
For installations where several valves must be grouped closely together - all ports are in the mounting face of the valve. Necessary piping to and from the valves does not interfere with piping to adjoining valves. Intake and exhaust openings may be conveniently connected to single supply or exhaust pipes - or to a manifold or pulpit block.
Unitite Valves Are:
- ECONOMICAL - The disc type valve is most inexpensive, first cost and thereafter, of all 3 and 4-way valves.
- PATENTED - movement of disc is a combination of rotary and lateral sliding on mating surface. This has a lapping effect and eliminates for formation of ring-like grooves which cause leakage.
- LUBRICATED - Disc and stem (two parts) are pressure greased and grit is excluded at stem by a synthetic dust seal.
- LONG LIFE - even under adverse surroundings, results from all above.
- SPEED CONTROL ATTACHMENT - This handle movement-control collar, designed for \'M\'-Line Unitite(R) Valves, provides a means of controlling cylinder speed. By limiting the handle movement a restricted volume of air is allowed to pass into the cylinder or exhaust from the cylinder, thus controlling cylinder speed in both directions. Different speeds of the thrust and return strokes are possible through independent adjustment of the two screws- Available for \'M\'-Line Unitite(R) Valves, sizes 3/8\", 1/2”, 3/4\", 1”, and 1 1/4\". Consult factory for details.
